Process

For most projects, I return a polished deliverable within 48 hours.

Same-day turnaround is often available for urgent work.

I track changes in Word and highlight material changes.

My default review encompasses argument, evidence, structure, tone, style, consistency, and visual presentation. I remove unnecessary verbiage, reword sentences, reorganize paragraphs, and align the document to the recommendation or brief.

I specialize in unstructured asks such as:

• This project is due tomorrow morning, and the message is not landing.
• Turn this board report into developmental feedback for the candidate.
• Several hands touched this, and now it sounds like a committee wrote it.
• The tone is too formal for this client.
• I'm too close to this project and can't tell what's redundant anymore.
• The evidence may not all be relevant.
• I don't have time to get this ready for the client.

Call out any locked language. Specify how much latitude I have to make changes and whether to fix or flag material weaknesses. Identify elements that require special attention, and provide any relevant client context.

I offer monthly retainers at several levels. Hours may be used for polishing a draft, deeper revision, or ghostwriting from notes. Unused hours roll over each month.

Individual projects and longer engagements are available by arrangement.

This website does not collect cookies. Email is protected by Proton encryption. Files are stored in a zero-knowledge vault accessible only to you and me. All work is performed by me on a local machine. Your personal information is never exposed to AI or third-party processing. Files are purged at the end of the engagement. My client list remains confidential, but references are available on request.
